📦 Returns
You may request a return within [7 or 14] days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at herdellpe@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- If the product was incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
📬 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank or card account.
- Contact your bank or credit card company (some processing delays may apply).

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:
- Items marked “final sale”
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards
